    Cabonline · Flygtaxi · Full-stack developer

    Moved the stalled core traffic server modernization into test and production within a single month.

    Problem
    Technical ownership of Flygtaxi sat in a 20-year external consultant silo. A stalled modernization of the .NET Framework core traffic server blocked progress for five years.
    What I did
    Helped transition ownership with three senior developers, prepared architecture for compliance audits, used AI to map legacy systems, and built a custom MCP server to onboard developers safely across repositories.

    Full archival package delivered to municipal compliance standards.

    Problem
    A medical personnel recruitment platform needed a massive historical archival and compliance operation against strict municipal standards.
    What I did
    Audited the codebase and raw dump, mapped historical relations, and converted over 50,000 XML files across 60 formats for more than 5,000 assignments.

    10x cost reduction on ETA retrieval, plus a scalable IAM deployment.

    Problem
    ETA retrieval between customers and taxis was expensive to run at scale, and identity needed a secure, cloud-native integration.
    What I did
    Refactored the ETA retrieval path, designed and deployed Curity IAM on AWS Fargate, and maintained microservices across the AWS backend.

    Problem
    Order, payment and dispatch flows needed a backend that could also simplify third-party integrations for international growth.
    What I did
    Built and maintained order and payment management, the dispatch system, and the admin interface backend with a focus on third-party integration.

    Problem
    Online purchases required tight integration between shipping and payment services, plus loyalty and analytics.
    What I did
    Built purchase flows across shipping and payment providers, a customer club, and an ElasticSearch-backed statistics page.

    Problem
    Nordic claims teams needed a unified way to communicate with customers and manage claims across desktop and mobile.
    What I did
    Built a communication and claims suite used by over 200 employees, with direct call, text and email from the app and a central customer dashboard.

I've been building software since 2019

I'm a 33-year-old solo software developer in Stockholm. Through Jacobs Code I take projects from idea to production — machine learning, web products, and cloud backends. Outside work I solo-cycled from Sweden to Africa in 67 days (close to 7,000 km), ranked among Sweden's top 100 squash players, served as an army ranger at K3 Livregementets husarer, and trained as a firefighter. KTH Computer Engineering with an exchange semester at KAIST.
