Overview

Built at Hack-Nation’s 7th Global AI Hackathon (ElevenLabs Challenge 01 — The AI Apprentice), Stockholm Hub, October 2026. Experts share their screen and talk through real work; Mira asks why at natural pauses, turns the session into a clickable Work Map (steps, judgment calls, and guardrails linked to screen moments and the expert’s own words), then coaches a new hire on their screen. Voice via ElevenLabs Scribe and TTS, screen understanding via vision LLMs, plus a Chrome side panel — shipped in 24 hours.

Capture: screen events + spoken why-questions at quiet pauses (prefer a guardrail early)
Work Map: steps, decisions, reasons, and guardrails linked to screen moments and quotes
Teach: voice tutor watches the map and intervenes before a rule is broken
