Overview

Rinja answers the phone in Swedish 24/7 for hairdressers, restaurants and tradespeople, and actually acts: books, reschedules and cancels appointments, keeps a waiting list, takes messages, transfers calls and texts confirmations. One ElevenLabs voice agent serves every customer — the caller’s number resolves the business at call time, injecting its services, opening hours and a brand-matched voice. Bookings reach the owner three ways (subscribable ICS feed, calendar invite by email, SMS), so it works with any booking system. Built in 48 hours at SYE Hackathon Stockholm, August 2026.
